Do you feel overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that do not feel like you? I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and burnout, and I also support parents who are raising neurodivergent children and trying to balance compassion with structure at home.
My approach is compassionate and structured, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), mindfulness, and positive psychology. Together, we will identify the thoughts, emotions, and habits that keep you feeling stuck, while also building practical skills you can use right away. Sessions often focus on emotional regulation, anxiety management, communication, self-esteem, and creating routines that actually work for your brain and your real life, not an unrealistic ideal.
Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and goal-oriented. We will move at a pace that feels manageable, with steady support and clear tools to practice between sessions. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, capable, and connected to yourself again. You do not have to navigate this alone.
