I believe healing begins when people feel seen, heard, and accepted without judgment. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can openly explore their experiences, develop a deeper understanding of themselves, and build the confidence to move toward meaningful, lasting change. I recognize that every person's story is unique, and I strive to meet each client where they are with compassion, curiosity, and respect.

My approach to counseling is healing-centered, meaning I not only help clients understand the impact of life's experiences but also recognize and build upon the strengths, resilience, and capacity for growth they already possess. I believe healing is not simply about reducing symptoms—it's about creating a life that feels authentic, meaningful, and fulfilling. Together, we work to identify patterns that no longer serve you, develop healthier ways of thinking and coping, and cultivate the confidence to move forward with greater clarity and purpose.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy while incorporating trauma-informed and strengths-based principles. I believe that understanding the connection between our past experiences, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors allows us to break unhelpful patterns and create meaningful change. I also incorporate attachment-based concepts, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Play Therapy when appropriate to provide an individualized approach that best meets each client's unique needs.

Whether I am working with children, adolescents, or adults, I view therapy as a collaborative process built on trust, authenticity, and mutual respect. My role is to provide support, guidance, and practical tools while empowering clients to discover their own strengths, deepen self-understanding, and create lasting change.
